Former VP admits to giving Enzyte customers the “shaft”

That’s right. Smilin Bob is a fraud.
Go figure.
The long and the short of it is that they made it all up, as claimed by former VP James Teegarden Jr.
Teegarden claims that, lacking any hard data, they created fictitious doctors, customer satisfaction surveys and other information to support the claims made in their advertising.
If convicted, company owner Steve Warshak  faces some pretty stiff penalties.
You can read a full-length story here.

I can’t but help imagining some of the testimony jurors might hear:

Prosecutor (to witness on stand): So, you have a small penis?
Witness: Yes sir.
Prosecutor: And you ordered the defendant’s product on the basis of claims made in their advertising?
Witness: Yes sir.
Prosecutor: And what size is your penis after using their product?
Witness: Still small. I have a doctor’s statement confirming this.
Prosecutor: You honor, we submit this sworn testimony regarding the witness’s penis as Exhibit A.

While I do have a bit of a soft spot for those who parted with hard earned cash on the basis of the artificially inflated claims, I guess I’m just small minded because I find the overall situation rather humorous.
I wonder if it will be a long trial?
