Affiliate Advertisments, Advertisers, and Marketing

YAVP (Yet Another Virtual Penguins), hereafter referred to as YAVP, utilizes affiliate marketing, advertising and other promotional channels.

Affiliate Disclaimer

1. YAVP is an affilate only. Display of any advertisement, banner or text link shall not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or other affiliations beyond that of an affiliate marketer.
2. YAVP makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights of any advertisement, banner or text link.
3. YAVP may or may not make review of any linked affiliate web site. Use of any such linked affiliate web site is at the user’s own risk.
4. YAVP does not make any commitment to review any linked affiliate or promotional website beyond that of a review of data supplied by the affiliate.
5. YAVP will not be liable for support, returns, repairs or refunds, of purchases or transactions, financial or otherwise, conducted with an affiliate of YAVP on an affiliate’s website.

Privacy

1. YAVP does not share members personal data with any affiliate, advertiser, or other web site.
2. YAVP may supply aggregate data. Such data will not contain any personally identifiable information and shall be used for statistical or research purposes only.
3. YAVP will not send unsolicited marketing or other promotional materials to any member without that individuals consent. YAVP will utilize an “opt in” method for consent to receive materials.
4. YAVP may utilize email or other methods to obtain member consent to receive marketing or promotional materials.

Affiliate and Marketing Content

1. YAVP will not promote, endorse or display objectionable affiliate content. Such content includes, but is not limited to:
   1. Pornography or pornographic materials
   2. “Adult Dating” or other similar services or web sites
   3. “Work at Home”, “Get Rich Quick” or other similar schemes, systems, web sites, or materials
   4. Forex, investment, or other financial services with the exception of bona fide banking institutions
   5. Any other content YAVP feels will not be of use or appropriate to it members and vistors
2. YAVP may utilize advertising from Third Party Suppliers (Google Ads or similar services). YAVP does not control or endorse any content displayed in such advertisements.
